Summer

Hi, I’m Summer, in my 30s. I’m currently on a Working Holiday Visa and have been working part-time since last year. I’ll start studying a 2-year program at the downtown school at the end of August.

I’m looking for a new place because my landlord needs to take the unit back for family use. Ideally, I’m looking for a lease of at least 3- 6 months, and I’d be happy to stay long-term if it’s a good fit.

The earliest I can move in would be between late April and May 1st. I’d prefer a weekday viewing, but my schedule is flexible. I don’t have pets and don’t smoke.

I’m friendly, easy to get along with, and comfortable around both people and animals. enjoy meeting new people and maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized living space. I’m easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and a responsible woman in my 30s who takes good care of her home.
