I am looking close to Richmond Hill/Markham, no furnished, 1 parking spot. My deadline is June 25 to move out, I will consider to move in a bit earlier as vacancy. I will stay long term as 2-3 yrs if it ’s the right place. I am neat/quiet Chinese lady, hopefully, have a nice back yard too (not necessary). I have some furniture but not big, also no tiny room, with own washroom possible. Any basement is fine, big or small no matter, as long as fit my stuffs. I have 856 excellent score.
