I am looking close to Richmond Hill/Markham, no furnished, 1 parking spot. I will stay long term as 2-3 yrs if it ’s the right place. I am clean/quiet lady, hopefully, have a nice back yard too. I have some furniture but not big, also no tiny room. Any basement is fine, big or small no matter, as long as fit my stuffs. I have 856 excellent score.
