Hey all, I’m 24 F, working in downtown on King W. Looking for a new place to move in to possibly closer to work. I’m an easygoing, respectful, and adaptable person looking for a clean and comfortable place to live. I’ve lived with roommates before and am comfortable living with any gender. I value personal space and usually keep to myself, but I’m always open to a good chat or bonding over shared interests.

Cleanliness is really important to me, especially in common areas. I’m a non-smoker and prefer a peaceful, no-drama environment. I may have guests over occasionally, but always in a way that doesn’t disturb others.

I love cooking (and always clean up after!), and I’m big on arts, movies, and cinema—always up for a movie night or chatting about a new obsession. I’m also a foodie and enjoy walks, hikes, and anything outdoors.
