Hi! I’m a tenant who prefers friendly and open to occasional interaction with housemates, while still valuing personal space. I don’t smoke or drink. I cook quite often, mainly using a rice cooker and microwave. If permitted, I’m also comfortable using a gas stove or induction cooktop, depending on the house rules. I tend to keep a later schedule, but I’m always happy to coordinate if noise occured.
