Hi! I’m new to Toronto and am looking for a female roommate/roommates. 😊

I work in marketing and work 9-5 (hybrid). I like reading, taking dance classes and would love to explore the city more! I would like to live with people around my age (I’m 25). I am social but also like to have my own space. I am tidy and like to have an organized space.

I am looking to room with someone that I can be friends with! I would love to do roommate activities such as watching movies, cooking or trying a new craft together.

Budget: $1,400

Requirements:

• Room with a window
• Room with enough space for a double bed + desk
• In-suite laundry
• Close to the TTC

Dealbreakers: No smoking/vaping in the unit

Neighbourhood: The Annex, Midtown

Move-in date: May-June
