Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private room in the Square One area, with a potential move-in date of June 1st.

About me:

• 25-year-old woman relocating from BC to Mississauga to start an exciting new job at UTM
• Working Mon–Fri, 9–5
• Clean, easygoing, friendly, and respectful of boundaries
• No car, no pets (okay living with a cat, but allergic to dogs)
• After work, I like going to the gym, cooking dinner, and unwinding with TV
• Weekends are for coffee runs, resetting/cleaning, and catching up with friends
• Not a big party person, but I enjoy quiet socializing — think occasional sushi & wine nights

What I’m looking for:

• Private room in a 2 bed / 2 bath condo (ideally just 1 roommate)
• Budget: up to $1200
• Must have easy transit access to UTM
• Non-negotiable: walkable area — groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance
• Prefer: in-suite laundry, dishwasher
• Preferably furnished, but open to unfurnished

Roommate vibe:

• Female (21+) only
• Independent, communicative, and respectful
• Values their own space but open to being friendly and occasionally hanging out

Open to:

• Joining someone who already has a place and is looking for a roommate
• Teaming up with someone to find a 2-bedroom together

I’ll be in BC until the end of May, so if you’re already in Mississauga and able to do in-person viewings, that’s a big plus. Hoping to have something sorted before I arrive!
