Hi everyone ! I’m Hirad. I’m starting my masters at UBC this September and I’m looking to roomie up with some other students. I’d prefer a fully furnished place with its own bathroom (ensuite), in-suite laundry, and a nice, functional kitchen. Ideally the household would be pet-free. Preferred areas: Kitsilano, West Grey, Mount Pleasant, Kerrisdale, Shaughnessy, Granville. Budget: $1,000–$1,500/month (utilities included preferred). A bit about me: I love the outdoors and spend most of my time staying active: running, climbing, skiing, and working out.
