I am looking for a very basic room to rent for on a permanent basis. I am a 58 year old professional who works on contract with a company named Muskoka Quality Foods. You may use my district manager (Gary Dainard) as a reference. I have been working for the company for just shy of 4 years. My current net income is $45,000 a years, however as my client based continues to grow so does my income. I am extremely particular about cleanliness!! I have a cat that l take meticulous care of and will not tolerate any potential situations where my cat my cause any uncleanlines to the room in question. This includes a thorough daily cleaning of his litter box, any hair accumulation and any single possibility of scratching items as he is declawed. He is very shy and does not interact with others thus he will not be an issue with any other tenants. As a mature adult l’m looking for a quiet place!! I work long hours and when l return home l would simply like to have a peaceful place to live. I don’t entertain any friends or others which could possibly disturb any other tenants. I live a very quiet existence and keep to myself.
