Hello, Im a 26M currently looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment just outside of Toronto, with easy access to TTC. My budget is up to $1100/month.

A bit about me. I’m a homebody but still very outgoing - always down to check out a new food place or workout. I don’t really go out nor host parties. I enjoy cooking and using the oven, but since I’ll be working in the clinic during the weekdays, I usually tend to cook one big meal prep for the week during the weekends. I don’t have any pets, I don’t smoke, I consider myself pretty easygoing, but I am very particular about cleanliness - I have a principle of leaving the (shared) room better than I found it. I clean as I go, I regularly sweep and mop the floors, and don’t tend to leave the dishes in the sink overnight - and I would prefer to have a roommate who share the same standard of care as me.

I don’t have a car and therefore don’t need parking, as long as the place is close to a transit stop. I’m currently still in school for my Master’s degree until end of August, so I won’t be able to fully commit to moving out until after then.
