Hi there, I am currently in the midst of separating with my husband. It’s an amicable breakup after 17yrs. I do have a cat but that’s not a must. My cat can remain with my husband if that’s a problem. I am an occasional pot smoker but that takes place strictly outdoors. I do not smoke cigarettes at all. I’m looking for a very well & clean maintained apt. I am a neat freak and my standards of cleanliness are high. I work 4 nights a week earning decent money and I’m very responsible.
