I’m David, a clean, tidy, and respectful tech professional. I’m an easy, reliable tenant who takes great care of the home I live in. I don’t drink or do drugs and keep my place calm, well-maintained, and comfortable, with an active social life outside the home.

In my free time I create and sell art, play soccer, and love board games. Born in London, England, living in Vancouver since 2017, and I’m excited to move to Toronto for the culture and community.
