Hi! I’m an 18-year-old Civil Engineering student working full-time in Vaughan for the summer, looking for a 4-month rental (May 1 - Aug 31). I am highly organized, very clean, and respectful of property and quiet hours. Because I work full-time during the week and usually head back home to Oakville on the weekends, I’ll be a very quiet and low-maintenance tenant. When I am around, I mostly keep to myself.
