Hi there! I’m a responsible, quiet professional currently working part-time in the hospitality industry as well as part time at a restaurant located in the YorkU village while managing my personal studies/local life in the York University area. I’ve been in my current place for over 5 years with a great relationship with my landlord, so I’m looking for a stable, long-term home.

I’m very clean, quiet and reserved. I believe in mutual respect and open communication. I respect common spaces, and mostly keep to myself, though I’m always down for a friendly chat in the kitchen. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, I love to watch Netflix, read and cook in my free time and I’m a reliable rent-payer.
