Description
Hi there, my name is Bryanna, and here’s what you need to know about me. I am an introvert, I don’t like to party, I don’t like to have company in my safe space, unless it’s family, maybe a close friend here and there and I love to keep a clean space, especially when I live alone. I like to keep things in orderly condition, I enjoy cleaning as I have worked for a private cleaning business and I work better in a clean environment. I am planning to launch my own authentic indigenous beaded jewellery business, as I am an experienced indigenous artist. I have been cultivating my skills, and this private space will give me all the opportunities and confidence to create something inspiring and unique here. I am looking forward to being an indigenous content creator/ influencer, specializing in beadwork, day to day life, makeup content, and a platform to express who I am, my journey, my story, and what I stand for, which is humanity. I am currently in the development phase, and that has been put to a halt as I need to find a new private space to rent, as I have grown out of my current situation. My goal is to establish a sustainable, authentic beaded jewellery business, because this is medicine for the soul and the people I make these unique products for, and I have been adopting environmentally friendly practices, managing resources efficiently, and reducing waste and pollution. So I am doing my part as an indigenous person to protect and sustain the earth and environment for future generations.
I do own a cat, he is fixed, he is litter trained, he does not pee or poo anywhere but the litter box as I stayed home for 2 weeks when I got him as a kitten to ensure he was properly house trained, which he has become a smart and very sociable house cat. He is very, very, friendly and loves to meet new people. He would make the perfect pet candidate, as we are accustomed to this small room that I rent here already. So this perfect little space would be just marvellous for me and my little friend. He is my support animal. As I suffer from chronic illness, which I often struggle with really bad anxiety. Which is why I love a calm and peaceful environment. I also own a loft bed, which is absolutely perfect for small spaces, it’s like a bunk bed but I have a desk and shelves on the bottoms and the bed on the top, I also maximize space, by hanging shelves and such on it. I am very creative when it comes to designing my space, I will keep it clean and tidy, and I am a respectful and responsible person and pet owner.
I take great pride in caring for my cat, and I don’t want to lose him, he is my son, he is my family now and I’ve built a bond I can never break.
I am committed to being a respectful, responsible, and reliable tenant. I am a very good listener, and I am driven to change and fix problems right away. I am not a resentful person because we are adults, we can talk to each other, if any issues come about as neighbours. I am more than willing to be a better person and I have more than what it takes to be a good neighbour. I am dependable, you can count on me to pay my rent on time, care for this private space, and to communicate with you whenever needed.
I am cannabis user friendly, as I do have a chronic illness, an invisible disability called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, otherwise known as POTS. There are no current cures for my condition, only ways to manage the pain, so I do smoke cannabis and use CBD creams for my back. I do struggle here and there to clean, due to my disability. So I love a clean space, but it can be difficult to keep up with one as much as an abled person can. I don’t like to ask for help, I like to do it myself, it just takes me time. That’s all I need, and all I ask for.
I am also neurodivergent, so I do struggle to open up right away to new people, but once I’m comfortable, I am very open and easy to get along with. I’m super open minded and free spirited. I love learning new things, and having good conversations, perspective is key, for a more joyful and adventurous experience, which in turn, creates a positive environment. My cat is also very sociable and very talkative, as cats are known to adopt traits of their owners.
That’s all I have to say, thank you
