Hey, I’m a 29-year-old software developer originally from Newfoundland, moving back to Vancouver permanently after living here for a year in 2022. I work remotely, so I have a stable schedule and spend a lot of time at home during the day, which makes having a comfortable, respectful living environment important to me.

I’m easygoing, clean, and considerate, and I value open communication and keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m social and friendly but also appreciate personal space and a calm, low-drama home. I enjoy a good balance of hanging out with roommates occasionally while still respecting everyone’s routines and downtime.
