I am looking to relocate to a new place on July 1.

I am mainly looking for a place close to the subway, preferably.

I am looking for a safe, clean and well-maintained home, reasonably updated. Cleanliness is very important to me, especially in shared areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, microwave, oven, and common space.

A safe, quiet, and stable neighbourhood is also important to me. I prefer a calm residential area with a respectful and comfortable living environment.

I do not smoke do not party, and I respect privacy, house rules, and other people’s schedules. I always clean up after myself and keep shared spaces comfortable for everyone.

For verification, I can provide ID, credit report/credit score, bank statements, references, and police clearance if needed. My situation is a bit different from a standard salaried employee, so I may not be able to provide a job letter or three months of pay stubs, but I can provide other reliable supporting documents.

I am looking for a reasonable and respectful landlord/household where communication is clear and professional.
