My name is Bob. I am a quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible person looking for a clean and peaceful room to rent.

I am mainly looking for a place close to the subway, preferably around Yonge–Sheppard, Yonge–Finch, North York Centre, or somewhere further south along the Yonge subway line.

I am looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained home, preferably renovated or reasonably updated. Cleanliness is very important to me, especially in shared areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, microwave, oven, and common spaces.

A safe, quiet, and stable neighbourhood is also important to me. I prefer a calm residential area with a respectful and comfortable living environment.

I do not smoke, do not party, and I respect privacy, house rules, and other people’s schedules. I always clean up after myself and keep shared spaces comfortable for everyone.

For verification, I can provide ID, credit report/credit score, bank statements, references, and police clearance if needed. My situation is a bit different from a standard salaried employee, so I may not be able to provide a job letter or three months of pay stubs, but I can provide other reliable supporting documents.

Once I view a place and confirm that it is suitable, I would need about one month to give proper notice to my current landlord and arrange my move for the following month.

I am looking for a reasonable and respectful landlord/household where communication is clear and professional.
