Professional & Quiet Roommate – Relocating to Winnipeg

I am a career-oriented, respectful, and organized individual relocating to Winnipeg this summer. My immediate focus is establishing roots and working full-time (often holding two roles), so I will primarily use the home as a quiet place to recharge. After my first year, I’ll be transitioning into a 6-month online certificate program, during which I’ll be home more often for focused study.

Living Style: I prioritize a peaceful, clean, and respectful environment. I’m not a gamer, I don’t play loud music, and I don’t host parties. I’m very independent—I enjoy cooking and always clean up immediately afterward. I do smoke (strictly outdoors) but am currently in the process of quitting.

What I Bring: Beyond being financially responsible and reliable with rent, I am quite handy. I’m capable of handling minor DIY household repairs (fixtures, minor plumbing, or locks), which can save us time waiting on a landlord for the small stuff.
