I’m easy going down to earth clam and an analytical guy. I’m mostly agreeable, I’m not really “nice” but I’m trustworthy, I’m nice to the right people. I don’t have any ptsd or any mental health issues, no anxiety (actually needed for employment as per transport Canada), I don’t crash out; if I encounter difficulties, I’m calm and use proper channels to resolve issues rather than escalate. I don’t smoke. I don’t do drugs. I rarely drink only on special occasions, like birthdays and New Year’s Eve. I love cooking from scratch so I like to make meals and if I make one I like to share. I don’t have any food allergies, I’m not picky with food. I’m good with pets of all sorts. I’m pretty simple, i’m usually clean, although my room could look like a mess sometimes but I always make my bed and I don’t like food or crumbs on the floor. I eat at the table or properly. I own a car and a motorcycle. I also have a storage which is where my motorcycle will be. I’m looking for someone who’s like-minded. I prefer to live with men, I actually feel safer and feel like I can be myself more but open to the idea of living with women as long as there is a clear understanding that I’m not seeking any kind of intimate or romantic relationship of any kind, and would prefer less chaos in my life, if you have a stable boyfriend that won’t accuse me of flirting with you, proper emotional maturity because I might have my shirt off to quickly run into the kitchen or when I wake up and use the restroom to get ready, things within reason but not naked. If you might feel uncomfortable then I want to make sure I’m pairing with someone that can. I prefer people I can match my energy with. You have good energy who are generally positive and have cut out negativity in their life because negativity is a contagion. There has to be a degree of trust because we’re living with each other and these are places where trust is absolutely a necessity.
