hey! im currently in my second year at tmu and im looking for a roommate to either move into an open room in my apartment or sign a new lease elsewhere. my budget is 1300-1600. im looking for a 2 bed 2 bath ensuite! or someone to fill a bedroom (no ensuite but they would have their own bathroom)!

im really tidy. i love having a clean space but i also love hosting social events at times :). i want a roommate that can also be my friend and someone i can depend on. im willing and open to meet and have a conversation regarding the open room or just to feel out our vibe! hmu if youd wanna meet or have a convo:)
