Makayla

Hi! My name is Makayla. I’m an easygoing and outgoing person from the Bahamas, and I’m currently an international student at the University of Calgary going into my second year in engineering. I love exploring the world around me and enjoy rock climbing, swimming, spending time outdoors, and soaking up the sun. I’m pretty social and enjoy having a good time, but I also value quiet time when my social battery runs out.

I’d probably have guests over occasionally for something lowkey like a small game night or get ready together to go out, but nothing too crazy. At night, I’m usually pretty quiet and respectful of shared spaces. My ideal living situation would include private bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as in-unit laundry. Ideally, I’m looking to move in on September 1st if I find a furnished apartment, or around August 18th if it’s unfurnished. An 8-month lease would be ideal for me, although I know most places offer 12-month terms.
