I am an engineering student entering my second year at UBC in August of 2026, and am looking for a place to move into for the 2026/27 school year.
I plan to study Mechanical Engineering and currently have a 94.0 GPA in UBC (prior to the release of Semester 2 grades).
I am Filipino and grew up in Macau, a city in China next to Hong Kong.
I spend a lot of my free time playing basketball at Rec North, soccer on the campus open pitches, or playing games in my room.
I plan to rent until the end of April 2027. (around 8 and a half months). I do not smoke or own any pets.
