Nipunika

Hey there, My name is Nipunika, I’m a working professional currently living in Vancouver. I recently completed my MBA at UBC Sauder and now work full-time. I’d describe myself as clean, responsible, considerate, and easy to live with. I like my home to feel comfortable, calm, and well-kept.

My work schedule is hybrid: I’m in the office Tuesday to Thursday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. During workdays, I keep a fairly structured routine and am mindful of noise, especially when sharing space.

I enjoy cooking at home and usually keep it simple during the week. I’m tidy in the kitchen and clean up after myself right away. I’m respectful of shared spaces and believe in being considerate of everyone’s routines.

Socially, I enjoy having friends over occasionally for dinner or drinks, but I’m not someone who hosts loud or late gatherings. I’m mindful of neighbours, building rules, and the overall atmosphere of the home.
