I am a working professional. Very cleanliness and low living. No noise, no non-sense kind of a person. Mostly I remain in my room as I work throughout the day. I am working from home so need a room accordingly. I do not require a parking as well, but it shouldn’t be a basement. I hardly use kitchen, just once in a day for making tea/coffee. I rely on other sources for food.
