Hi! I’m helping my girlfriend find a room in Toronto starting June 1st (flexible for earlier move-in). She’s a 21-year-old international student finishing her Hospitality & Tourism program this June and currently lives in Hamilton, so I’m helping her with the search.

She’s ideally looking to share with a maximum of two other roommates in a clean, respectful home. She’s a very tidy, organized and responsible tenant with excellent landlord references. She keeps shared spaces clean, is mindful of noise, and values a calm, comfortable living environment.

She will be working full-time throughout the summer and is expecting to transition into a permanent role in September, so she has stable income and a consistent schedule. She’s not a partier, doesn’t smoke, and spends most of her time working, studying, or relaxing quietly in her room.

She may occasionally invite a close friend over very rarely, and I (her girlfriend) would likely visit about twice a month on weekends. We’re both respectful of house rules and shared spaces.

She’s friendly, easygoing, and hoping to find a welcoming place with considerate roommates 😊
