Hi, I currently live in a building due to be demolished. So looking to find a roommate willing to spend $1,400 Max all in. I work in the film industry. Super long days. 15Hours. Ideally looking for someone who has their own bedroom furniture. And ideally a person who wants to hit the gym so that I am motivated to also gym. I get 50% at Good Life. So I hope that’s a plus. I’m very open and blunt. So if you are shy then I think I may be too much for you. I have camping gear so would love if my roommate is down to camp also. Ideally I would prefer someone my age. But it won’t be a deal breaker if you aren’t the same age. I am the kinda person that wants to keep everything separated so that we are each responsible for our own stuff. But furniture in the common areas can be shared.

I have a lot of female friends. So all though I won’t party. And hope that’s you don’t either. I would like if my roommate and them enjoyed having together. I also don’t wish to be roommates with anyone who has pets as I am allergic to pet hair. And I don’t smoke anything. So also looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, (Cigs, weed, vapes)
