Hello, my names Jr. or some call me Jay,

I am looking for a roommate to takeover a spare room I have in my place ($1,250.00). I just moved into a place that’s a 10 min walk from Joyce station. Pretty much next to the intersection of Joyce and Kingsway.

I’m in the midst of making the place super cozy and aesthetically pleasing. So I’m looking for a roommate that would enjoy and help maintain the appearance. My next big thing is. I’m looking for a roommate that matches my vibes. I’m super chill and laid back. And don’t like to take life too seriously. But I wish to have someone the respects alone time as much as someone comfortable having a causal night to hang and cook dinner or play a game every now and then.

About me: I work in film. So I could be gone for days if not a week/s at a time. Work long hours 12-15 hours a day. Sometimes you may feel like you never see me in a week. I don’t party but I do enjoy lowkey hangouts with my besties. All female besties so ideally I am looking for a female roommate. I enjoy binging movies and shows except for anything I have worked on. And I enjoy summer activities like camping and paddle boarding.
