Hi, I’m Jay and I currently live in a building due to be demolished. So looking to find a roommate and a new place sooner then later.

About Me:

I work in the film industry. 15Hour work days. And sometimes I leave town for work. Could be a day or two, even sometimes a week. Looking for someone who has their own bedroom furniture as I have furniture to furnish the rest of the space. I get 50% at Good Life. Hoping that would convince someone to gym with me. I believe communication is key. So I would love to sit and discuss pet peeves and how to overcome situations that may bother one another if we do live together. I’m very open and blunt so ask me anything. With that said, cause of my work lifestyle I cherish my alone time. After a long day of work I tend to go right to my room so that I me recover and wind down. On the weekends or days that I don’t work. I’m down to socialize and hang out. Actually become friends. I like to camp, paddle board, and binge shows that I haven’t worked on.

About my roommate:

I am not a smoker, drinker or partier. So smoking is a hard no for me. This includes Vaping. For those that say they are 4/20 friendly that’s fine. If you mean you do it occasionally at parties. But if you are someone that buys and is always smelling of weed then I would say that’s a hard no. Speaking of parties. I don’t care if you go out to party 7 days a week. As long as the party is not at home.
