I’m a respectful, clean, and easygoing tenant who values a calm, well-kept living environment. I naturally take care of shared spaces and am mindful of noise, routines, and the overall energy of the home.

I’m currently in a Nutrition Counselling program and work part-time, so my schedule is fairly structured. I keep to myself when needed but am friendly and considerate in shared spaces. I communicate clearly, pay rent on time, and handle things responsibly.

I appreciate a home where people contribute equally and there’s a baseline level of cleanliness and mutual respect. I’m someone who helps maintain that standard rather than disrupt it.
