Hi! I’m a UK-based professional relocating to Vancouver in for work and I’m looking for a room in a house share with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, female-only and preferably a smaller household (around 2/3 people). I have an airbnb for the first few weeks, so looking for a lease start ideally between 5-12 September 2026 but flexible for the right room.

I work full-time hybrid in commercial property, with 2+ days per week in the office downtown, so I’d mainly be working quietly from my room during the day. Outside of work I’m pretty easygoing - usually gym, dinner, watching shows, exploring cafés/the city, or occasionally going out at weekends.

I’m clean, respectful, considerate in shared spaces, and definitely not a party-house person, but I’d also love somewhere that feels social and comfortable. I’m always up for a chat, dinner, or watching something in the evening, while also respecting everyone’s own space.
