Hi! I’m a UK-based professional relocating to Vancouver later this summer for work and I’m currently looking for a room/house share with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, ideally female-only and with a smaller household (around 2–3 people max).

I work full-time hybrid in commercial property, with 1–2 days per week in the office downtown, so I’d mainly be working quietly from my room during the day. Outside of work I’m pretty easygoing - usually gym, dinner, watching shows, exploring cafés/the city, or occasionally going out at weekends.

I’m clean, respectful, considerate in shared spaces, and definitely not a party-house person, but I’d also love somewhere that feels social and comfortable rather than just people passing each other in the hallway. I’m always up for a chat, dinner together or watching something in the evening, while also respecting everyone’s own space and downtime.
