Esteban David Tinoco Olivares

Hi! My name is Esteban, and I’m moving to the city to study full-time while also working on building my future and creating new opportunities for myself. I’m originally Colombian, and I’d describe myself as a very respectful, calm, and goal-oriented person who values a clean, positive, and comfortable living environment.

Even though I’ll be new to the city and won’t know many people at first, I’m excited about this new chapter and the opportunities that come with it. I spend most of my time focused on school, personal projects, and learning new things, especially in business and technology. I’m someone who likes to stay productive and motivated, but I also enjoy having a friendly and peaceful atmosphere at home.

I’m easygoing, responsible with payments and shared spaces, and I genuinely believe communication and respect are the most important things when living with others. Overall, I’m just looking for a good environment with positive people while I focus on my studies and personal growth.
