I am a respectful, clean, and easygoing person who values a comfortable and positive living environment. I’m responsible with rent and shared spaces, communicate well, and are considerate of other people’s schedules and boundaries. I am focused on school/work, so I can keep things fairly calm during the week, but I am still friendly and social. I am the type of tenant who takes care of the space we live in and want everyone in the home to feel comfortable and respected.
