Hi! I’m currently a student looking for a condo/apartment near downtown Toronto ONLY with easy TTC access. I’m preferably looking for a proper private room in a clean and comfortable place (not a temporary or partitioned setup). I’m also open to teaming up with someone to search for and share a 2-bedroom apartment together near downtown.

About me: I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, responsible with rent and bills, and I value a peaceful and friendly living environment. I’m someone who keeps shared spaces tidy and respects other people’s privacy and schedules.

A few important things:

1. I’m allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can’t live with pets.
2. I’m only considering places that are reasonably close to downtown Toronto and accessible by TTC.
3. Condo/apartment preferred.

Also, I know many listings say “female only,” but I’d just like to say that cleanliness and being a good roommate really depends on the person. I’m very organized, hygienic, respectful, and easy to live with.
