Where do I need as a location? Anywhere or near Dixie and/or Derry Road, preferably closer than farther. Near the bus station right by BCC is the best for me.

Who am I? A bit of a hermit-like person with a strange schedule, I work starting between 12 to 5AM and come home whenever I do depending on the day. It’s only part time but I am very smart with my money and saving what I need, it’s primarily why I am looking for a situation like this rather than buying my own room. Living costs are high. I don’t mind rooming with anyone as long as they don’t push me to do anything I don’t want to that may put me in danger, and as long as I am safe to live as I am there. Respect earns respect, so I’m more than willing to help out anyone I am rooming with by going out to get food for you or everyone else for example (with enough notice ahead of time), it preferably should be paid back but if it’s say, less than 100 dollars being spent on it per month for you I will let it slide depending on rent. If you ever need help with any chores the same rule applies, give enough notice ahead of time and (as long as I am not injured or sick, or at work, or should be sleeping at that time) I will do what I must. I will always clean my own messes, and if I have forgotten to do just ask and I will do what I have to as long as again, I am not sleeping and I am not at work. I am quiet, likely won’t have to invite anyone over, keep to my own business if you keep to your own too, and don’t mind pets and if anything would prefer them as I have a soft spot for animals. I will not bring any of my own however, as right now I do not have one.

If there is space for me to bring in a mattress I will bring my own, if there is a nearby spot for bike parking or you have storage for where to put one it is greatly appreciated, you may use (almost) anything of mine at anytime as long as you ask and do not cause any damages or try stealing anything and most of what I will bring is likely devices and such to pass the time on and a computer (and of course clothes but that’d just be awkward to borrow).

If you’re someone with a busy life who just wants someone who’ll help make life easier and help cut down on your rent, I’m probably the one you’re looking for. I’ve got my share of “unappealing characteristics” to most people like being a little asocial, having strange taste in food, and of course and most importantly my identity which I get not everyone is comfortable with. Especially given I haven’t done much about transitioning yet due to family issues. Again. Respect me and I respect you. Do note that I am asexual, and taken by a partner of four years (long distance) if it helps to absolve any worries.
