My name is Kavya Varma, and I am a third-year student at UBC.

For the past year, I have been living with a roommate in the Dunbar area, but the rent has become a little too expensive for me, which is why I am looking for a more affordable place to stay.

I am very quiet, responsible, and respectful of the space I live in. I do not host parties or make excessive noise, and I have had a positive relationship with my current landlord with no issues during my tenancy.

I would truly appreciate the opportunity to rent your apartment, and I would be happy to provide any additional information if needed.

The only problem is that my current lease will run until Aug 15th of this year which is why I cannot have a lease that starts before Aug at the earliest.

Also I was wondering about the amenities and if they were all included in the rent, things like the heat, water and electricity or if not how would paying for the amenities work?
