My name is Rishi and I am 31 year old. I am new to Vancouver (recently moved here from Toronto), I am looking for a accommodation near either cloverdale-langley area or anywhere in surrey, also open to parts of new west or Coquitlam, PoQo and around there. My budget and term is flexible depending on how the place is. I am ideally looking for something around $1200 and need 1 parking space. I don’t mind partnering up and looking for something together. I live a quiet and busy life. I like to keep a positive atmosphere while living independently. I dont appreciate unnecessary (personal preference) and or illegal restrictions, rules or doing errands for landlord or anyone I share space with, I am a paying adult tenant and expect to be treated as one.
