I am a considerate and quiet individual who values a peaceful living environment. I am very respectful of personal boundaries and private time, making me a low-impact and reliable roommate. I prioritize keeping shared spaces tidy and believe in clear, simple communication to ensure the household remains a calm and comfortable space for everyone.
I have a reference from Vancouver community centre as a volunteer( more than 5 years) if you need it. I used to be a live-in babysitter and a caregiver in my past. I am a cat person so I would love to have a house with a cat if possible. I’m full time worker working from home with flexible schedules. My budget is $800 ish including utilities.
