Mike

Hi, I’m Mike. I’m a 37-year-old man looking to rent a room in or near Liberty Village. My current life situation is changing, so I’m looking for a stable place for a while, ideally in the neighbourhood since I work locally and would really like to stay close by. I have a very sweet, well-trained 15-year-old dog named Nova. She is calm, quiet, and very used to apartment living.

As a roommate, I’m quiet, respectful, clean, and a non-smoker. I generally keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easy to communicate with. I moved here from California nearly two years ago and have been settling into life in Toronto. I’m also an artist, writer, and all-around creative person, so I tend to spend a lot of my free time drawing, writing, reading, or working on creative projects.

I work in a local shop in Liberty Village and also professionally run tabletop roleplaying games, like Dungeons and Dragons. I do not host games at home. I travel to other people’s homes or venues, so the only thing you might notice is me occasionally coming in quietly after midnight.

My financial situation is very stable, and I’m happy to discuss that further if needed. I’m looking for a peaceful, respectful living situation and would be happy to chat more if you think I might be a good fit.
