Description
Hey there, My name is Shae and I have a sweet and sassy golden retriever husky? mix. We are looking to to see if there is a person or people that could be a good fit to collaborate on finding a house together and co-creating a home in the CR, oyster river, black creek or possibly cumberland area. Because housing is so expensive, Im thinking we can save money and have a bigger and more of our own space than a basement suite or condo, while meeting cool people. I would be down for a no pressure walk or hang and see how things go fromm there!
Some things about me; I am down to earth, respectful, considerate, opend minded and fun. Im looking for home to be a place that is a balance of having friends over, putting tunes on etc… and enjoying a relaxing, quiet sanctuary. I like connecting and love alone time as well.
I love nature animals, dancing, camping swimming, fires, reading, exploring, treasure hunting etc…
Having a tidy home is important to me , but doing things I enjoy, resting is just as important, so I’m not the type to always have all the dishes done right away but everything has its place, and I like to get things looking spiffy. I feel best when there isn’t permanent piles of clutter, but am easygoing, flexible and understanding that life gets busy and we will get to things as we can. I want home to feel cozy and comfortable and, I feel most at home when I have been thoughtful and intentional about how I make it look and feel.
Whats important to me is respect, consideration, a value on boundaries, communication and transperancy. I also dont tolerate homophobia, sexism, racism etc…
For team ups; Im thinking of a detached home with a fenced yard, 1.5 baths at least, ideally on a quieter street, some soundproofing and a good lay out for roommates. It could be nice to have another dog, if they got along. I love cats, my dog is good with cats, except if they are outside and run, he may want to chase if thry are far away and doesnt realize who it is. He afraid of cats and just tries not to look at them directly haha. But he has lived with cats and he only chases if they are far away and they run because he doesnt realize its his buddy. I think in a regular yard he wouldnt chase, this was on a couple acres since would see a spot way in the distance.
Thanks for reading!
