Hey everyone, my name’s Tim and I’m a 28-year old part-time FedEx delivery driver planning on going to Carleton in the fall. I don’t smoke or drink but do have a tidy and affectionate cat named Lilith so hopefully you wouldn’t mind living with the both of us. Other than that I’m pretty-straight forward and appreciate direct communication so feel free to reach out/ask questions!

Additional information:

• I have my own furniture (bed, desk, couch, dining table and chairs) and so am looking for an unfurnished place.
• I have my own car and would like a parking space or sufficient/reliable street parking near the property.
• I am a somewhat social homebody who enjoys staying in with my cat but also open to occasional friendly outings.
• A few hobbies of mine: Reading, road trips, country music, occasional cooking/baking, gym workouts.
• More inclined towards a country/suburban lifestyle than living directly in the city. Open to places in Nepean, Barrhaven (close to work), or Alta Vista (close to school).
