Hello! I’m an incoming graduate student at University of Toronto looking for a single room with budget <$900 and move in in beginning of August 2026 for 1 year.

I’m fairly quiet and keep a clean, organized living space. I cook simple meals and like to keep shared areas tidy. I’m happy to be social with roommates (movie nights, board games, etc.) but also appreciate personal space.

Outside of studying, I enjoy hiking, board games and science fiction media. I go to sleep around 12 - 1 AM usually and expect to be out during most weekdays.
