Hi there! I’m CJ. I’m moving to Ottawa for school at University of Ottawa while continuing to work in competitive gymnastics coaching.

I’m a mature student/working professional type rather than a typical first-year student. I currently live independently in my own apartment, so I’m used to keeping a clean, organized, and respectful living environment.

I’ll likely be balancing:

university classes coaching/work studying/planning/programming so I value a calm, functional home environment.

What I’m Looking For Ideally looking for: 1 roommate (or possibly 2 max) a nicer shared apartment/condo/townhouse clean and respectful living habits mature students or young professionals good communication and reliability non-party-focused environment Male of Female, doesn’t matter as long as your tidy and we fit well.

I’m completely fine with shared living — I’d just prefer something that feels more like an adult apartment than a student house.

Lifestyle I’m generally: organized easygoing respectful of shared spaces not loud/party-oriented

I enjoy: Cooking coffee shops staying active

Furniture / Move Situation I already have furniture and household items from my current apartment, so I’d ideally like a place where we can collaboratively furnish common spaces rather than a fully temporary setup.

I’m also open to splitting a new place together rather than only joining an existing lease.
