I am a retired, grassroots woman looking for a place in the Commercial Drive area if possible although I’m open to other neighbourhoods. I am a writer. I’m a quiet person and I enjoy conversation - I have a sense of humour as well. I am very quiet, very clean and know how to treat other people’s property and other tenants with care and respect. I have references that attest to that. I also have tenant insurance.
