Looking for a female working professional to find a 2-bed/2-bath in Burnaby (Brentwood or Metrotown area) / South Vancouver area together, with my share of rent around $1,400/month.

Since I work from home during the day, having a den or a dedicated space for a home office is really important to me. I’d love a roommate who works in person during the day since it keeps our schedules nicely complementary and gives us both our own space and time at home.

Outside of work I keep pretty active! I spend a lot of time cooking healthy meals, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends. I’m a very clean and tidy person and genuinely take pride in keeping shared spaces nice, so I’m hoping to find someone who feels the same way about cleanliness. I keep a peaceful home environment overall and am very respectful of shared living. I will occasionally have friends over but always give plenty of advance notice so there are no surprises or disruptions for anyone.
