We are two respectful and graduates students that are looking for a space near uOttawa campus preferably walking distance. A little bit about myself: Hey everyone!

I’m an incoming law student at the University of Ottawa in the PDC program starting Fall 2026, and my friend and I are currently looking for a place to live for the upcoming school year! (We might potentially have a third roommate as well so any space to split among 3 girls would be great).

What we are both looking for: • Move-in: Mid August/Beginning September 2026 • Budget: Max $850/month • Female-only space • Preferably within walking distance to campus/law building • A private bedroom • Laundry access • I don’t mind sharing the kitchen and washroom space • Preferably an 8-month lease, but I’m also open to a 12-month lease • A clean, non-smoking and respectful environment
