I work evenings and generally sleep during the day which allows for a good schedule with those who work during the day. Also easy going and clean/quiet. Rarely cook ever so kitchen or smells wouldn’t be an issue from me. Like to socialize and don’t spend much time at home when I’m not sleeping.

Would prefer my own private space such as a basement area with bedroom and living space and bathroom. Kitchen not necessary for me but open to share.

While I am very quiet and private I would like to have a seperate living space if possible to invite a friend or two to watch a movie and socialize, etc. here and there

I am a member of the LGBTQ community. Hobbies include music, dining, and geocaching.
