I am quiet, work-focused, not a partier and don’t make a mess. I don’t have any pets but I like both cats and dogs. Basically my current position is scheduled to end next March, and the lease where I am staying right now ends June 30 and might not be renewed. I am looking for LGBT-friendly accommodation near the university while I sort out the next phase of my life beyond March 2027. I don’t smoke, drink or do pot myself but I don’t mind other people doing it. I will be focusing on getting as much of my research work finished over the next 10 months as possible while arranging for other work. I am open to possibly a year long lease at some point but if possible would like to do a trial period of living together for a few months first, especially since we won’t know each other at first. Mostly I’ll be using the apartment as a place to sleep and store and cook food in a slow cooker to minimize any mess. My socializing - there won’t be much time for that - will be kept outside of the apartment.
