Hi! I’m a calm, clean, and professional guy. I don’t smoke, and I only drink occasionally. I’m looking for a smoke-free house with preferably 2 or maximum 3 roommates. A little about me I enjoy doing Muay Thai and going to the gym, so I live a pretty active and respectful lifestyle. I’m also looking for clean and respectful roommates who value a peaceful and tidy home environment. I don’t cook very often, and when I do, I usually make simple meals, so I’m not creating strong food smells. I’m also open to socializing and getting along well with my roommates while still respecting personal space. I’m looking for a room with an ensuite washroom, and ideally the place should also have ensuite laundry and AC. My budget is around $1200–$1400 including parking, but I’m open to negotiating depending on the place. 🙂
