Hi! I’m coming to Calgary in mid/late August to do a year exchange. I’m originally from London but have been at university in Glasgow for 2 years now and going into my 3rd year. I’m looking for a place close to campus (preferably walking distance) with a budget of max $1,200 per month from August until June (am flexible on the end date but would only like to pay rent from August). I’m also looking for a private room. Ideally, I’d be looking for an all female apartment, but not opposed to a mix. I have lived in student accommodation and a flat with my friends for the last 2 years respectively. A little about me:

• my degree is maths
• i’m social and like to spend quality time with my flatmates whilst also enjoying time to myself
• i enjoy going out to bars and clubbing but also enjoy staying in
• i’m a clean person, keeping communal spaces spotless and my own space clean
