Hi! I’m currently looking for a private bedroom and private bathroom near the University of Saskatchewan. I’m an internationally trained dentist and will be starting my dental program at USASK in June. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. My budget is between $700–$850/month, ideally including utilities. I’m looking for a place with: • Laundry facilities • Good walkability • Easy transit access to the university • Safe and convenient neighbourhood I’d also prefer places close to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and other amenities.
