Hi! We’re Victoria and Avery, a happy couple of nerds looking to find a house or townhouse to rent alongside either a roommate or another couple.

We’re ideally searching for a nice, updated 3–4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with two floors that would allow everyone to have their own separate space and privacy. Our ideal setup would include a shared kitchen while maintaining separate living spaces, bedrooms, and potentially separate bathrooms depending on the layout. We’re open to basement suites, upstairs/main floor splits, or other arrangements that help everyone feel comfortable and independent.

A little about us: we’re both pretty laid-back homebodies who enjoy online hobbies like video games, YouTube, and spending time together at home. About once a week, we go out with friends for activities like MTG, tabletop RPGs, and the occasional board game night. We rarely drink, don’t smoke, and would prefer roommates with similar habits.

We also have two cats! They absolutely love people and strangers, but they are not friendly with other animals. Because of that, they would stay primarily within whichever level or section of the house is ours and wouldn’t interfere with potential roommates or shared spaces.

Location-wise, we’d really love to stay on the East side of the city near friends and family — areas like the Kildonans, Transcona, or Garden City are ideal. We’d also consider areas like St. Vital, Grant Park, or near Portage if there’s good access to public transit, as neither of us drive.
