Hi, I’m Wayne. I’m a software product manager relocating to Vancouver and looking for a clean, furnished, transit-friendly place with good people and a calm, easygoing home vibe. I’m friendly, clean and very mindful of shared spaces. I’m social without being loud, quiet without being closed off, and I really value a home where people can feel comfortable, respected, and themselves.

Outside of work, I’m into hiking, improv dancing, cafés, good conversation, music, and being close to the mountains. I’d love to find respectful housemates — or team up with someone to create a peaceful, warm, well-kept place that feels like home rather than just a rental.
