I’m clean, organized, pay bills on time, and like to keep a good atmosphere in the place. I’m not in the market for a 24/7 party house — unless you’re into that and want to try a DIY nightclub venture! Most of my time is spent at work (9 to 12 hours Monday through Friday), or at an 8-ball pool hall.

I get along best with people who are driven, communicative, and have goals of their own. If you’re into business, sales, self-improvement & goal-chasing then maybe we could even have a profitable relationship! Or we can just laugh about Vancouver rent being financially traumatic. Either works!

I’m Moving to Vancouver at the end of June to launch a new office for the company I work with. I’m in sales/leadership, so I’m ambitious, outgoing, and pretty work-focused, but spend my home-time recharging or maybe sharing a couple drinks with my soon-to-be roomies to celebrate achievements!
